BY A STAFF REPORTER: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has won the presidential election.  The president has already addressed a large number of visitors outside his residence in Istanbul. After the election victory, the President thanked the countrymen.  A flood of happiness has already begun in Turkey.  Turkey's first round of elections was held on May 14 and the second round of elections were held today.
