Qatar Airways suspends flights to Sudan

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Qatar Airways said flights to Sudan have been suspended due to the closure of Khartoum International Airport. Clashes broke out on Saturday between an army unit loyal to General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, the head of Sudan's interim sovereign council, and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) led by the council's deputy chief, General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo.
