US report reveals Pakistan is secretly buying nuclear materials from China, raising alarm over regional security and India’s safety.

By A Staff Reporter : The US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), in its 2025 Worldwide Threat Assessment, has revealed that Pakistan is covertly acquiring nuclear-related materials from foreign sources—primarily China.

The report states that Pakistan is actively modernizing its nuclear arsenal to counter India’s conventional military strength, which it sees as a major threat. Battlefield nuclear weapons are also being developed as part of this effort.

Additionally, Pakistan’s military is focused on managing border tensions, rising terror threats from Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Baloch insurgents, and accelerating nuclear advancement.
