BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia has launched a new attack on the Ukrainian city of Kherson. Kherson's regional prosecutor's office said one person was killed and another wounded in the Russian attack on Kherson. Residential buildings, power lines and gas pipelines were damaged by the Russian military attack.
