BY A STAFF REPORTER: Colombia's regional governor says nine people have been killed in clashes between two guerrilla groups. East Arauca Governor Wilton Rodriguez said five others, including a teenage girl from an indigenous community, were injured in clashes between dissidents from the National Liberation Army (ELN), which disarmed in 2016, and the FARC guerrilla group. The governor did not say whether the dead and wounded were fighters or civilians.
