Singapore: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu continued his official visit to Singapore on Tuesday, meeting with Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry Dr Tan See Leng to discuss expanding cooperation in multiple sectors, including green energy, data centres, logistics, and affordable housing.
During the meeting, Naidu showcased Andhra Pradesh’s progress in renewable energy initiatives, particularly green hydrogen projects, along with ongoing developments in transmission corridors and port infrastructure. He highlighted the state’s potential as a strategic hub for clean energy and digital connectivity.
The Chief Minister extended an invitation to Dr Tan to attend the upcoming Global Investors Summit in Visakhapatnam, aimed at attracting global partnerships for Andhra Pradesh’s growth sectors.
Singapore, in response, expressed strong interest in collaborating on housing development projects and subsea cable infrastructure, reaffirming its commitment to bolstering economic and technological ties with Andhra Pradesh.
