BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called the Russian attack in Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine an "expression of terrorism."

"Every manifestation of terrorism proves to us and to the world time and again that everything Russia has done deserves only one thing : defeat and tribunal, a fair and legal trial for all Russian murderers and terrorists," Zelensky said. '

At least four people were killed on Tuesday evening when a Russian missile hit a busy area in the center of Kramatorsk. The prosecutor general's office said a 17-year-old girl was among the dead and an eight-month-old baby was among the injured.
