BY A STAFF REPORTER: An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale struck 116 km southeast of Faizabad in Afghanistan in the early hours of Wednesday, the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) said. The quake struck at a depth of 120 km at 3.32 am (IST) on Wednesday. No casualties have been reported so far.
