BY A STAFF REPORTER: A 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck Manipur's Ukhrul district on Monday night, the National Centre for Seismology (NSC) said. The NCS said the quake struck at 11:01 p.m. on Monday at a depth of 20 kilometers.
