BY A STAFF REPORTER: Eleven civilians, including six children, were killed in Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon, a hospital director and three Lebanese security sources said.
Four Hezbollah fighters were killed in separate attacks, the group and security sources said.
Hezbollah and Israel have been engaged in an exchange of fire on the Israeli-Lebanese border for more than four months after the October 7 massacre in support of the Lebanese terrorist group Hamas.

A woman and her two children were killed in an Israeli attack on the village of al-Sawana, two security sources said.
Hassan Wazni, the director of the city's hospital, and three other security sources said another four children, three women and a man were killed in an airstrike on a building in the town of Nabatiyeh. Seven people were injured in the incident, Wazni said.
