BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia has launched a new attack in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Explosions were heard twice in a row in Kharkiv. According to sources, seven people were killed and four others injured in the Russian attack in Kharkiv, Ukraine. 

"The death toll from the Russian attack on Kharkiv has risen to seven," mayor Ihor Terekhow said. There is uncertain information about a deceased person. " 

"Three people were taken to hospital with injuries," said Oleh Sinihubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. One person was treated at the scene. '
