India and Mozambique have taken a significant step towards enhancing cooperation in the field of medicine regulation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Pharmacopoeia. The agreement aims to strengthen the regulation and quality control of medicines between the two countries.

The MoU was signed by High Commissioner of India to Mozambique, Mr. Robert Shetkintong, and Ms. Tania Vuyeya Sitoie, President of ANARME, IP (National Authority of Medicines and Health Products).

The High Commission of India in Mozambique announced the development, highlighting the importance of this partnership in ensuring the safety and efficacy of medicines.
