BY A STAFF REPORTER:Today, December 15, Friday morning, Pakistan was shaken by an earthquake. The National Center for Seismology said its magnitude was 4.2 on the Richter scale. It is reported that the earthquake was felt at a depth of 10 km in Pakistan.
