Protests begin in Washington

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Pakistan's former prime minister Imran Khan was arrested by the Pakistan Rangers on Tuesday.  Protesters gathered outside the residence of Pakistan's ambassador to Washington over his arrest. Protests were held in several cities, including Washington, New York and Chicago. Apart from the US, protests have started in Dallas, Texas and Mississauga in Canada over Imran Khan's arrest.  Clashes have erupted in Pakistan since Imran Khan was arrested yesterday.  Section 144 has been imposed in Pakistan.
