IDF says some 200 Hamas sites hit

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The IDF says it has struck about 200 Hamas facilities in the Gaza Strip.

The paratroopers brigade raided several apartments used by Hamas in Shejaiya in Gaza City and seized firearms, explosive devices and other military equipment. Troops found a 15-metre-long tunnel in the area, which was later destroyed in an air strike.

The IDF said a commando brigade in southern Gaza had ordered an airstrike on a Hamas weapons depot. According to the IDF, the "significant" depot was used by operatives from the region to reequip.

The commando brigade identified seven armed members of Hamas in the Khan Younis area and carried out airstrikes targeting them.
