BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry says the Palestinian death toll in the Strip has reached at least 31,341. A ministry statement adds that 73,134 people have been wounded in Gaza since the war began on October 7, sparked by Hamas’s brutal massacre in southern Israel.
