BY STAFF REPORTER:  Foreign tourists were attacked by criminals in front of the Eiffel Tower on Saturday. It has been reported that a man stabbed a German couple with a knife. The man then attacked a British national with a hammer. According to French police sources, the accused was arrested once in 2016 on charges of conspiracy against the country. The accused has mental problems.
