BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least 10 people were reportedly killed in an early-morning earthquake in northeastern China on Sunday, officials said.
China's Seismological Network Center said the 5.5-magnitude quake struck at 3:33 a.m. near the city of Dezhou, about 300 kilometers south of the Chinese capital Beijing.
According to reports, 74 houses collapsed and 10 people were injured in the quake.
