Washington, D.C. | External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar expressed his pleasure following a productive meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Washington. In a tweet, Jaishankar reflected on the progress made in Indo-US relations over the past four years and emphasized the growing partnership between the two nations.

"Delighted to meet Secretary Blinken yesterday evening in Washington DC. Reviewed the advancement of Indo-US partnership over the last four years," Jaishankar wrote. He noted that both countries have seen strengthening cooperation across various sectors and highlighted that the comfort levels between the two governments have grown significantly.

Jaishankar also expressed confidence that the deepening relationship between India and the United States would continue to serve their mutual interests while contributing positively to global progress. "Our cooperation has strengthened in many domains, just as our comfort levels have grown correspondingly. Confident that the India-US relationship will serve our mutual interests as well as global good," he added.
