Dubai: Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Thursday inaugurated the Dubai campus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, the Ministry of Education said.
The new campus marks IIM Ahmedabad’s first foray outside India, aimed at strengthening educational and research collaborations in the region. Officials said the institute will offer executive education programmes, management training, and specialised courses tailored to industry needs in the Gulf and beyond.
Speaking at the event, Sheikh Hamdan welcomed the expansion of one of India’s leading management institutions to Dubai, emphasising the city’s role as a hub for global talent and innovation.
