BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least four civilians were killed and four others injured in a drone strike by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) targeting a hospital in sudan's Omdurman city.

The attack came amid clashes between the country's military and the RSF in mid-April.
