Davos, Switzerland: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis began his visit to the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos with a key meeting with Klaus Schwab, the Executive Chairman of the WEF. The two leaders discussed potential collaborations between the state of Maharashtra and the global platform.
Fadnavis shared his excitement about the opportunities for Maharashtra at the ongoing WEF event, stating, "The investment meetings will be starting from tomorrow. Today I started my day with the meeting with Klaus Schwab, Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum. We discussed the collaboration between the state of Maharashtra and the WEF."
The Maharashtra CM's visit marks an important step toward strengthening ties between the state and international investors, with the aim of driving economic growth and fostering collaborations that can benefit both parties.
Fadnavis also revealed that tomorrow's meetings would focus on attracting investments to Maharashtra, reflecting the state's eagerness to leverage the global stage provided by the WEF. "Tomorrow we will have more meetings," he added, signaling a proactive approach to building partnerships and exploring new avenues for growth.
