Attack! Rescue workers killed, death toll rises to 10

BY A STAFF REPORTER: A rescue worker has died after being injured in a Russian missile attack in the eastern Ukrainian city of Pokrovsk, ukraine's state emergency service said.

Colonel Vitaly Kints of the Civil Protection Service was seriously injured in the repeated shelling of Pokrovsk and died in hospital. 

The State Emergency Service described Kints as a departing man, a courageous and humane leader, a true professional in his field, who dedicated a significant portion of his life to service and devoted his soul to it.
