Chinese Defence Minister meets Putin

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russian President Vladimir Putin met Chinese Defence Minister Li Shangfoo in Moscow on Sunday and the two leaders praised the military cooperation between the two countries. "We are actively working through our military departments, regularly exchanging useful information, working together in the field of military-technical cooperation, and conducting joint exercises," Putin said.
