BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukraine's Interior Minister Ihor Klimenko said on Monday that at least five people were killed and more than 24 injured in a Russian missile attack on a residential building in the eastern city of Pokrovsk in the eastern Donetsk region.

Klimenko said 19 police officers, five rescue workers and a child were among the injured. Debris is being cleared. Search and rescue operations are underway. '
