BY A STAFF REPORTER: A militia group armed with guns and knives has killed at least 10 people in inter-communal violence in southwestern Congo. This is the latest incident of a deepening crisis caused by conflict on the other side of the vast central African country.

"An unknown number of people were abducted by militia members. The provincial government has sent defence and security forces to restore security in the area. '
