BY A STAFF REPORTER: Serhiy Lisak, the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, said at least one person was killed and two others wounded in russian shelling in the southern city of Nikopole on Sunday. "The enemy forces have deployed heavy artillery twice to shell Nicopole. A 48-year-old resident of the city was killed. A 46-year-old woman and an 80-year-old man were injured in the shelling. The governor said six high-rise buildings and a similar number of private homes, agricultural buildings, two gas pipelines and a power line were damaged in the Russian attack. '
