"The enemy forces have deployed heavy artillery twice to shell Nicopole. A 48-year-old resident of the city was killed. A 46-year-old woman and an 80-year-old man were injured in the shelling. The governor said six high-rise buildings and a similar number of private homes, agricultural buildings, two gas pipelines and a power line were damaged in the Russian attack. '
