BY A STAFF REPORTER: Another boat capsize in Nigeria. The boat capsized in Nigeria's northwestern State of Sokoto on Wednesday. As many as 15 children were killed and 25 were missing as a result of the boat capsize. The rescue operation has already begun. However, it is not yet known how the boat capsized.
