Singapore: The All-Party Parliamentary Delegation from India, currently visiting Singapore, held an interaction with the Singaporean media, briefing them on the purpose of their visit, key engagements with local leaders, and India’s uncompromising stance against terrorism following Operation Sindoor.
The interaction, facilitated by the High Commission of India in Singapore, aimed at conveying the new diplomatic and strategic posture adopted by New Delhi in the wake of rising cross-border threats. The delegation, comprising members from various political parties, conveyed a unified message about India's resolute approach to national security, highlighting how Operation Sindoor marked a paradigm shift in India’s response to terror activities.
During the briefing, the delegation discussed their meetings with Singaporean interlocutors, including officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, members of parliament, business leaders, and think tanks. Emphasis was laid on how India, while committed to peace and cooperation, now views any act of terrorism as an act of war, warranting a firm and calibrated response.
