Air defenses intercepted suspicious aerial target

BY A STAFF REPORTER: A “suspicious aerial target” that entered Israeli airspace from Lebanon was successfully intercepted by air defenses, according to the IDF.

Suspected drone infiltration alarms had sounded in several communities in the Galilee Panhandle.

Rockets sirens also sounded in Kiryat Shmona due to fears of falling shrapnel following the interception.
