BY A STAFF REPORTER: Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Rajvozayev said Russian forces shot down a missile on Monday in the Crimean port of Sevastopol.

"The Russian air defense unit shot down a missile near the Belbek military airbase," Rajvozayev said. The air strike warning was later lifted. '
