BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least four people, including a child, were killed and several others injured when a Russian missile hit the center of Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine on Tuesday evening.
The second missile hit a village on the outskirts of the city, officials said.
The prosecutor general's office said a 17-year-old girl was among the dead and an eight-month-old baby was among the injured.
"Apartment buildings, commercial buildings, cars, a post office and other buildings were also at the center of the blast," the prosecutor general said in a statement. Windows, glass and doors of the buildings were blown away. "
Ukraine's Interior Ministry said rescuers had extinguished a fire in a destroyed restaurant building and were searching for more victims.
