BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukraine's Operational Command North said one woman was killed and three others wounded in an attack by Russian troops in the Chernihiv border area. According to Operational Command North, the troops attacked the border village of Halahanivka in the Chernihiv region four times between 11 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. local time (probably from 120 mm mortars). Ukraine's Operational Command North said three local residents were injured as a result of the shelling. One of the injured had a stab wound to the head. The operational command also said there were two attacks in the border village of Hormiachka in the Chernihiv region, but there were no reports of casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure among the local population.
