Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday addressed a gathering in Danapur, Patna, reflecting on Bihar’s political history and the strides made under the NDA government. He criticised the period from 1990 to 2005, highlighting the lawlessness and dynastic politics that plagued the state.

“Who does not know about Bihar’s jungle raj and dynastic politics from 1990 to 2005? You must have seen who those people were who turned Bihar’s spiritual land of knowledge into a land of dynastic politics and crime, creating an identity crisis for our youth,” Yogi said. “How anarchy was spread here in the name of development is not hidden from anyone.”

The CM emphasised that the NDA government has worked over the last two decades to free Bihar from this legacy. He pointed to the improvements in governance, law and order, and development initiatives that have helped restore confidence in the state’s administration.

“Today, the double-engine government in Bihar has come again to appeal to take it forward even more effectively,” he added, urging citizens to support continued efforts for Bihar’s progress. Yogi’s remarks underscored the party’s narrative of stability, development, and governance reforms as the foundation for Bihar’s future growth.
