Siwan, Bihar: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday asserted that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) had fulfilled its promise of ending riots and mafia dominance in Uttar Pradesh, and said Bihar too needs an NDA government to achieve similar progress.
“Ab Uttar Pradesh mein danga nahi, sab changa hai,” Adityanath declared, addressing a public rally in Siwan as part of the NDA’s campaign for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
He said the NDA government in Uttar Pradesh had ensured peace and development over the past eight and a half years. “In the last 8.5 years, not a single riot has taken place. Whenever anyone tried to incite violence, they were jailed and their property was seized and used to build homes for the poor,” he said.
Calling for the restoration of the NDA government in Bihar, Yogi emphasized that the state’s development is crucial for India’s overall growth. “For a developed India, we need a developed Bihar. And for a developed Bihar, we need an NDA government under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he added.
