Gaya, Bihar: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a scathing attack on the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Sunday while addressing a public rally in Gaya ahead of the Bihar Assembly Election 2025. He accused the RJD of turning Bihar into a state of lawlessness, violence, and corruption during its tenure.
“There used to be riots and massacres during the RJD government. There used to be riots ahead of festivals,” Yogi said, recalling the instability of earlier years. He alleged that under RJD rule, “traders, industrialists, engineers, doctors, daughters, and children — no one was safe.”
The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister went on to criticize the RJD for its alleged mismanagement of resources and exploitation of the poor. “No jobs for the youth and no ration for the poor. How could they have provided ration when they were eating the fodder? How could they have provided jobs? They grabbed your land in exchange for jobs,” he remarked, referring to the fodder scam and alleged land-for-jobs controversy.
