Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday addressed a public meeting in Danapur, Patna, underscoring the deep cultural and historical connections between Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. He described the relationship as a “shared heritage,” rooted in common culture, values, and resolve.

“The relationship between Uttar Pradesh and Bihar is not just a relationship, it is a shared heritage. It is a bond of one soul, a bond of one culture, and also a bond of one resolve. This relationship is as unbreakable as the bond between Lord Ram and Mother Janaki,” Yogi said, highlighting the spiritual and cultural unity between the two states.

The Chief Minister also appealed to the people of Bihar to support the continuation of the double-engine government in the state. “Let a double-engine government be established again in Bihar, and under the leadership of the double-engine government, Bihar's development pace should be seen accelerating rapidly,” he said.

He further praised the NDA government’s achievements over the last 20 years under Nitish Kumar’s leadership, stressing that the ongoing momentum in governance and development should continue. “For this, I have come here today to appeal to the sisters and brothers of Bihar,” Yogi added, calling for public support to sustain and accelerate Bihar’s progress.
