No Heavy Rain Expected in South Bengal

BY A STAFF REPORTER:  According to the Alipur Weather Department, there is no expectation of heavy rainfall in South Bengal from Friday through Sunday.

However, a new cyclonic circulation is developing over the northern Bay of Bengal, which might bring some rain to South Bengal. Despite this, heavy rainfall is not anticipated.

From Saturday afternoon, there could be increased chances of rain in the regions of Jhargram, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, East Midnapore, and West Midnapore. The weather department is closely monitoring the situation.
