Dehradun — As Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed 11 years in office, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami extended his congratulations, calling Modi a transformative leader who has reshaped India’s global identity and governance approach.

“On behalf of the people of Uttarakhand, I congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has completed the second-longest tenure as Prime Minister in the history of independent India and is a leader of Jan Gan Man,” said Dhami.

Highlighting Modi’s impact, Dhami stated that development has reached “every citizen of the country” under his leadership. He credited Modi’s efforts for elevating India’s stature on the world stage and described him as “the maker of New India.”

“His hard work shows in establishing India as a global leader,” Dhami added. “It won’t be exceptional to call him the maker of New India.” He also extended prayers for the Prime Minister’s continued well-being and long-term leadership.
