Uttar Pradesh Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh expressed gratitude and pride after inspecting the preparation site for the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj. Speaking about the upcoming event, Singh emphasized its significance as the largest religious gathering and commended the state government’s efforts in organizing it.
"I am very lucky to be a part of the government which is organizing this biggest religious gathering," Singh stated. "Maha Kumbh comes after every 12 years, and every 'Sanatani' desires to take a holy bath in the Ganga River."
Highlighting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's commitment to the success of the event, Singh noted that extensive arrangements are being made to ensure the safety and satisfaction of millions of devotees expected to attend. "Our CM is trying to make enough arrangements to make this experience safe and satisfying for each and every devotee," he said.
The Maha Kumbh Mela, a spiritual and cultural spectacle, attracts pilgrims from across India and around the globe. It is celebrated for its spiritual essence, where devotees gather to take a holy dip in the sacred waters of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers.
Under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath, the state government has been working diligently to enhance infrastructure, security, and facilities at the event site. The preparations include modern amenities, sanitation improvements, and crowd management systems to ensure a smooth and divine experience for attendees.
