Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued a strong statement on Monday via social media, asserting his government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and dignity of women, while announcing firm action against a man identified as Jalaluddin, accused of serious anti-social and anti-national activities.
“Our government is fully committed to the dignity and safety of sisters and daughters. Preliminary investigations have revealed that the accused, Jalaluddin, is involved in activities that are not only anti-social but also anti-national,” CM Adityanath tweeted.
The Chief Minister made it clear that there would be zero tolerance in matters of law and order. He declared that the properties of Jalaluddin and his associates will be confiscated and all individuals connected to his gang will face strict legal action.
“There is no place in the state for those who disrupt peace, harmony, and the safety of women. They will be punished in accordance with the law in a manner that serves as an example for society,” Adityanath emphasized.
