"Today, the Sanchar Saathi app has been made available on the phone of every consumer," said Scindia. "The portal has been a global success, with 9 crore people having visited it. With the help of this platform, we have successfully traced 15 lakh out of 25 lakh stolen phones."

Scindia highlighted the app's role as a protective measure for the public, describing it as a "guard" that ensures safety and connectivity. He credited the initiative to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision under the National Broadband Mission, which aims to empower every Indian citizen.
