Doda, J&K: Union Minister Jitendra Singh has expressed enthusiasm about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Doda, Jammu and Kashmir, underscoring the public's excitement and the significance of the visit. Singh highlighted that Modi’s attention to remote areas like Doda represents a notable shift in development priorities.
"There is a lot of excitement among the public as PM Modi has given priority to remote areas," Singh said. He pointed out that the visit underscores the government's commitment to bringing infrastructure and opportunities to less-developed regions.
Singh also noted the progress Doda has experienced over the past decade, stating, "In the past 10 years, a lot of development has taken place in Doda." He emphasized that this visit is particularly historic, as no Prime Minister has visited Doda in the last 50 years. "But after the visit of PM Modi, a message will go that PM Modi has worked a lot bringing remote areas at par with developed areas," Singh added.
The visit is expected to reinforce the government's focus on integrating remote areas into the broader national development framework, demonstrating a commitment to equitable growth and infrastructure development across all regions.
