Union Minister G Kishan Reddy on Monday laid the foundation stone for the new Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) building in Khairatabad, Hyderabad. Addressing the gathering, Reddy highlighted the crucial role that Company Secretaries play in India's growing economy and their contribution to good governance and employment generation.
“Today, India is developing economically, and Company Secretaries play a vital role in this. Company Secretaries are very important for good governance and employment generation,” Reddy said, underscoring the growing significance of the profession in the country’s economic framework.
The new ICSI building in Hyderabad is expected to further strengthen the educational infrastructure for aspiring company secretaries, equipping them with the skills necessary for ensuring transparency, compliance, and ethical governance across corporate India.
