New Delhi: Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has raised pointed questions over Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit to China, demanding clarity on India’s foreign policy stance amid ongoing regional tensions. In a sharp critique, Thackeray questioned the rationale behind engaging diplomatically with China while also maintaining ties with Pakistan, both of whom he accused of acting against Indian interests.
Thackeray remarked that over the past decade, PM Modi has extensively travelled abroad, yet the country is still struggling to define who its true allies and adversaries are. “First of all, he should clarify who our enemies are, and who our friends are,” he said, referring to China’s alleged strategic and military support to Pakistan.
