Train Safely Resumes After Loco Pilot Removes Iron Pole from Track

Loco Pilot of train number 12091 reported an obstruction on the track between Bilaspur Road and Rudrapur City, cleared the danger, and resumed the journey safely.

Rudrapur: On September 18, 2024, at 22:18 hrs, the Loco Pilot of train number 12091 noticed a 6-meter-long iron pole obstructing the railway track between Bilaspur Road and Rudrapur City at km 43/10-11. Acting swiftly, the Loco Pilot reported the incident to the Station Master of Rudrapur City.

The driver promptly stopped the train, manually removed the pole from the track, and ensured the safety of the passengers and train operations. Once the track was cleared, the Loco Pilot resumed the journey without further delay, according to a statement by Indian Railways.

The quick response of the Loco Pilot averted a potential hazard, ensuring the safe continuation of the train's journey.
