Patna: As campaigning intensifies for the Bihar Assembly Election 2025, BJP leader and Union Minister Smriti Irani lauded the women of Bihar for their active participation in the first phase of voting. Speaking at a public rally in Patna, Irani said the overwhelming turnout reflected people’s faith in the welfare initiatives led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

“The people of Bihar, especially women, came out in large numbers to vote keeping in mind the welfare work done by Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar,” Irani remarked. She emphasized that various central and state government schemes focusing on women’s empowerment, health, and financial independence had significantly transformed lives across the state.
