Bhopal: Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, speaking at the 16th edition of the Rozgaar Mela, praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's governance, describing it as a transformative period for India. Chouhan stated that extensive development is taking place under Modi’s leadership, which he referred to as a "golden era" for the country.
“Prime Minister Modi's vision is a boon for India. Under his leadership, a grand endeavour for the construction of a developed India is underway,” Chouhan said. He emphasized that the government is actively engaged in development across all major sectors, including infrastructure, employment, and social welfare.
Highlighting what he called a key achievement of the Modi administration, Chouhan claimed that over 25 crore people have been lifted out of poverty, attributing it to targeted welfare initiatives and economic reforms. “He has eradicated poverty from its roots,” he asserted.
