Delhi: Shiv Sena (UBT) spokesperson Anand Dubey has voiced sharp criticism on two pressing issues: the recent remark by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat about having "three children" and the delay in forming the Maharashtra government.
Dubey acknowledged Bhagwat’s stature but urged him to focus on critical national challenges. "Mohan Bhagwat is a very respected individual and is the chief of RSS... He should tell PM Modi about how to increase the GDP of the country, make the nation 'Aatmanirbhar,' and create 2 lakh employment opportunities every year. This knowledge should be given to the Union Cabinet and the government," he said, emphasizing the need for economic and structural reforms.
On the political scenario in Maharashtra, Dubey took aim at CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, labeling them as "ghulams" (slaves) of PM Modi. He accused them of lacking the courage to make independent decisions.
"Eknath Shinde does not have the guts to challenge Narendra Modi and its government. It has been more than nine days, and the Maharashtra government has not taken oath. People have given them (Mahayuti) such a big mandate, but unfortunately, injustice is being done to the public of Maharashtra," Dubey stated.
He questioned the reasons for the delay, adding, "The public wants a government and will not forgive them. There should not be any delay."
Dubey’s remarks reflect rising frustration over the lack of clarity in Maharashtra’s political leadership and highlight broader concerns about governance and accountability in both state and national contexts.
