New Delhi: Congress national spokesperson Shama Mohamed voiced her concerns regarding the current state of governance in Delhi under AAP. She specifically criticized Delhi CM Atishi, raising issues about the city's infrastructure, including electricity outages, flooding, and waste management.
"As a resident of Delhi, she [Atishi] has to understand my pain. I was almost electrocuted due to flooded roads. I want her to answer about the garbage in South Delhi and the frequent power cuts, which never happened during Sheila Dikshit's tenure," Shama Mohamed said.
She further stated that during Congress' rule, there was no "tu tu - mai mai" (back-and-forth squabbles) between the state and central government. "The people of Delhi are tired of the continuous fighting between BJP and AAP," she added, emphasizing the need for the Congress Party to return to power in the capital for better governance.
